The Palombo Group Twins win the 2009 Little League Championship! Twins win 7 to 6 in extra innings The Little League championship game on June 15th was a game to be remembered. The score was tight throughout the whole game with the Matt's Autobody Orioles having the biggest lead of the game in the 4th inning when they were up 6 to 3. The Palombo Group Twins eventually caught up, tying the game 6 to 6 forcing the game into extra innings. In the bottom of the 7th inning the Twins ended the game with a spectacular walk off home run by Alex Camuti. The Twins finished on top, but both teams should be congratulated for putting on the best game of the season.
